Users Under 13 Years of Age

.  The application is not meant for individuals under the age of thirteen (13)..  We do not knowingly collect, retain, or share for advertising purposes any personal information about users under the age of thirteen (13).  If we obtain actual knowledge that we collected, retained, or shared for advertising purposes any personal information about a child under the age of thirteen (13), that information will be promptly deleted from our database, servers, and all other media.  Since we do not collect information from users under thirteen (13) years old, no such information is knowingly sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.

The application may contain links to other websites.  Gresham Smith disclaims any responsibility for the privacy practices of third parties that may have links to or from our website, or any framed content on our website.  We encourage you to review the privacy policies/statements of every website that you visit that collects personally identifiable information.

            Push Notifications

The application uses push notifications to communicate with users, however these tokens are not personally identifiable, only recognizing devices that opt in to notifications.

Visitors Outside the United States

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on the application from residents of the United States, regardless Gresham Smith does not collect any information about you.

Privacy Policy Updates and Revisions
